As with the standard Hyper-G, this round version is medium firm and offers impressive tension maintenance for a poly-based monofilament. According to Solinco, it is designed to improve court penetration, power and directional control, making it great for aggressive players who like driving the ball through the court. It also has a low-friction surface, which not only protects against frictional wear (think durability), but also increases snapback for more vicious ball rotation. According to our TW playtesters, this thin version of Hyper-G Round makes a great cross when paired with standard Hyper-G (think spin).
